Furred game
Red deer, wild boar, young boar and doe are shot chiefly in Alsace, in the Bas-Rhin, by experienced guns. Hares reach us in the skin, straight from the Beauce.

The shooting season is open. Game has interested us since the first generation: sixty years ago and more, we were already out shooting.
We work furred game as readily as feathered, all of it from organised and regulated shoots.

Game lasagne, burgers, pâté en croûte, game Wellington: we prepare game for you as well.

Our game comes from organised and regulated shoots, run on the principles of sustainable shooting, managed and respectful. That is what allows us to offer good game through the seasons.
